MARCELLO COLFONDO 2014
As it often happens, when there is passion and craft the most unlucky vintages can give birth to amazing natural wines. In 2014 a devilish combination of low temperatures and rain in the Summer made it so that grapes had to be picked early to save the vintage, and it was decided to vinify the red grapes in white and make a Petnat sur lie. The result is an amazingly fresh yet focused blooming of wild strawberries, red flowers, pomegranate and light spices.
