PETIT ROUGE DE LA CÔTE OUEST 2017
This crazily drinkable and joyous red natural wine from Auvergne’s Vincent and Marie Tricot comes from a single plot of Gamay less than 0,5 hectares in size, where the vines grow on rich volcanic and limestone soils and are farmed with loving biodynamic care. The grapes ferment naturally with native yeasts in fiberglass and the wine then sees a period of elevage in old wood before being bottled with no fining, filtration or added SO2. Crunchy apple berries, cloves, morello cherries and chutney of black currants, wild peppermint and candied olives.
