DH BLANC 2014
Chardonnay from 50 years old vines planted on the hill of Vosne Romanée, on the Dames Huguettes site. Only biodynamic farming in the vineyard and nothing added or taken away in the cellar, no fining, filtration or any added SO2. It sees a brief skin contact that adds structure and an elevage of 24 months in wood. Perfectly balance with delicate elegance and full body: fresh grass, ripe pear and peach, orange blossom and saffron, mineral and crunchy almond aftertaste.
