SPUMANTE VELIUS ROSE' METODO CLASSICO 2015
This Metodo Classic sparkling natural rosè is a wine of unique character and depth, providing both freshness and complexity within an intimately territorial context. It comes from typical Emilia Romagna varieties Barbera 90% and Croatina 10%, sees only wild fermentation and no added SO2, is re-fermented with its own must in the bottle and spends there at least 20 months on the lees. Crunchy and electric fruits are joined by deep mineral notes: red currants, white pepper, hibiscus and red plums.
