SPUMANTE VEJ BIANCO ANTICO METODO CLASSICO
The sparkling Metodo Classico version of the Vej, this natural orange is gifted with depth, structure and ancestral wisdom by a 90 days skin contact during wild fermentation. It’s obtained from the wonderfully aromatic Emilia Romagna grape Malvasia di Candia, re-ferments with its own must and is of course not humiliated by fining, filtering or added SO2. It bursts with solar notes of smoked hay, chamomile, preserved peaches and melon, wild peppermint and sage.
