From the remote and enchanting village of Bonastre, in Catalunya’s Penedes region, comes this drinkable, super-fresh natural white from this iconic Spanish winery. 100% Subirat Parent a rare and almost forgotten local variety, from a single vineyard. It’s direct-pressed with the stems and of course naturally fermented, it rests on the lees for at least 3 months before bottling with no debasing fining, filtration or added SO2. Lemon peel and orange flowers in a mix of sweet and sour.
