This wine from Les Dolomies is 100% Chardonnay pure expression of Jura’s climate and red marl soil. Coming from very old biodynamic vines over 75 years. It sees wild fermentation in wood and ages on its fine lees in old Mersault barrels. Fresh and mineral, lime and lemon acidity with a taste of cotton candy.
