This wine from Les Dolomies is 100% Chardonnay pure expression of Jura’s climate and blue marl clay and limestone soil. Coming from 65 years old biodynamic grapes, it sees wild fermentation in wood and stay on its fine lees in old Mersault barrels. Fresh and aromatic with perfumes of essential oil. Rosemary and orange peel are Celine's signature.
