BORDEL C’EST BON
This amazingly fresh and floral, yet spiced multi-layered natural red from Jura hails from younger vines of Trousseau, one of the region’s most representative local varieties. The image on the label is the portrait of a beloved elder Passelas resident and the name recalls his favorite saying about drinking wine. The grapes, certified organic and tended biodynamically, ferment spontaneously in fiberglass with partial carbonic maceration for 2 weeks then age in used barrels. Zippy red currants, white mulberries with wild fennel and lilium essence.
