This Poulsard from Jura is a real expression of Celine personality. Old vines farmed biodynamically near the tiny villago of Passelas. Natural fermentation in stainless steel, then élevage in old burgundy barrels for 10 months. Crunchy freshness, blackberries, grape fruit and light hints of wood.
