LA SORGA - SM
A stunning macerated wine by Anthony Tortul, Marsanne vines 28 years old and Sauvignon vines 13 years old, with a small production of 41hl/ha. Maceration of whole bunches of Sauvignon in a mixture of direct press and manually destemmed Marsanne grapes for 45 days. Aged in vats for 8 months. A nose on bergamot, fresh almond, mango, green olive. The mouth is tense, full, with a nice minerality and white fruits.
