LE DESORDRE ROUGE
This light red wine from Anthony Tortul is a blend of typical Languedoc grapes Carignan, Cabernet and Mourvedre. All organically farmed, the grapes ferment naturally with more than 2 months of skin contact. 1 year of refining in cement. Of course no hint of fining, filtration or added SO2. the color is slightly purplish, with plums, green peppers and earthy scents.
