LA SORGA - BRUTAL!!!
The Brutal by Anthony Tortul is a well made collage of red grape and white grape. 70% Merlot and 30% Sauvignon blanc on a Terroir unique: limestone sands on the ancient hills surrounding the city of Carcassonne. Aged 7 months in vats and then 1 year and half in bottles. Crispy light red but with a deep consistence. 500 bottles produced, a really unicorn wine.
