BIANCO MACERATO LE1 2016
This deliciously assertive and beautifully complex natural orange wine comes from 100% Garganega grapes, autochthonous since time immemorial to Veneto’s Soave area, from a 60 years old cru on rich volcanic soils. It is enriched and glorified by 18 days of maceration in cement vats and it ages in old wood before being bottled in December. Rum-soaked candied pink grapefruit, raisins and cedar spices swirl with dried ginger, rye bread and fresh jackfruit.
