It’s ultimate and unadulterated Tuscany with a French twist, as this amazing multi-vintage (a blend of 2014, 2015 and 2016) red natural wine is mostly Sangiovese with a small hint of Syrah, which has been cultivated near Arezzo for generations. It sees wild fermentation with no temperature control in open wooden vats and elevage in old barrels with no fining, filtration or added SO2. It enchants and sings with dried maple leaves, fresh blackberries, forest musks, black Sarawak pepper and mulberries.
