PINK FREUD
Do not stop at the name, which is undeniably pure rosè genius, but do go forward… And you will find pink natural wine heaven. Pink Freud needs no convoluted psychoanalysis, it’s just unstoppable pleasure: 100% Aglianico vinified in pink (or punk?) with direct press, then aged 10 months in traditional chestnut barrels and a few more in steel tanks. It rages and rhymes with blood orange marmalade with cloves and cinnamon, black prunes, lime peel and cherries confit with tharassacus.
